We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and motivated Room Leader to join this friendly and dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and eager to take on a leadership role within a supportive setting.

About the Role As Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children.

You will act as a key person, build strong relationships with families, and support the ongoing development of the staff team.

This is a full-time position, working between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Due to the rural location, access to your own transport is preferred, as the nursery is not on a direct bus route.
