Duties in this Deputy Manager role include: Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.Criteria to apply: Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
