Nursing Home Manager - Mid Essex

Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting an exciting new provider in the recruitment of a Nursing Home Manager for their successful nursing home in Mid Essex.

The home is newly refurbished and set in a beautiful village location accessible from the A12.

Our client is looking for an experienced manager who thrives leading and inspiring a team to provide the best quality of care. As an expanding provider they can offer excellent opportunities for career growth and long term development.

Requirements:

Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people
Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Experienced in quality management systems
Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
Excellent communication skills including IT literacy

Responsibilities

Management of a medium sized nursing home
Line management of Heads of Department
Reporting into Regional Manager
Lead on quality and compliance
Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders

Remuneration:

Salary c£75,000 depending on experience
Very competitive bonus scheme with OTE of up to £100,000 per annum.
