This role will be based in Scotland.\n\nMaking Possible\n\n• Develop a close working relationship with the FM teams, client, supply chain and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties on Health & Safety (H & S) matters\n\n• Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the H & S management system in line with the contractual requirements and ISO 45001\n\n• Liaise with external bodies where required on H & S matters\n\n• Willing and able to assist on H,S & Wellbeing strategies and champion a positive organisational cultural approach to world class H &S performance\n\n• To support the communication and understanding of all H & S policies, procedures and initiatives throughout the FM Business\n\n• To ensure that H & S performance is monitored and measured in line with the Company’s requirements, including trend analysis\n\n• To promote the company vision and values in all dealings with employees, client, supply chain and other external contacts\n\n• Carry out high quality inspections and audits that go beyond just addressing compliance and, in addition, identify both barriers and opportunities for improved operational performance\n\n...
