Occupational Therapist – Housing & Integrated Team (North London)

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Housing and Integrated Services Team in North London. This is a great opportunity to support residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

You will:

Complete functional assessments and recommend appropriate housing adaptations
Work collaboratively with housing teams, surveyors, health partners and social care colleagues
Support service users to maximise independence and reduce risks within the home
Contribute to person‑centred plans and provide professional advice on equipment and adaptationsYou need:

Experience working within housing, adaptations, reablement or integrated community teams
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
Strong assessment and report‑writing skills
