Salary: £37,500 £49,934 (dependent on location)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site + home-based)
Experience: Minimum 1 year UK practice as an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

About the Role

We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our team of Functional Assessors. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for OTs who want more predictable hours, structured career development, and the chance to apply their clinical expertise in a new and meaningful way.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing supportno previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments using a structured and evidence-based clinical approach
  • Review medical documentation and claimant information
  • Produce high-quality clinical reports to support fair, accurate outcomes
  • Maintain HCPC professional standards at all times
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team and apply strong clinical judgement
What Youll Need

Applicants must:

  • Be an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience in the UK
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident working in a hybrid setting, using digital systems and technology
  • Have a compassionate, professional approach to assessments
