West London (Shepherd’s Bush) | Specialist Autism Education Setting

An exciting opportunity for a Occupational Therapist t to join a specialist school supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, delivering targeted therapy that supports communication, independence, and inclusion.


There are opportunities across two settings – a specialist autism school in Shepherd’s Bush and a secondary satellite provision where many students access elements of mainstream education.


What you’ll be doing

• Delivering assessments and interventions

• Supporting pupils with autism and associated communication needs

• Developing individual therapy plans and communication strategies

• Working closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals

• Supporting students to develop functional communication and social interaction skills

• Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and therapy reports


What they’re looking for

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

• Experience supporting children or young people with autism

• Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and collaborative working

• Passion for working in education-based therapy settings
