About the Role We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our team of Functional Assessors . This role offers a fantastic opportunity for OTs who want more predictable hours, structured career development, and the chance to apply their clinical expertise in a new and meaningful way.
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing supportno previous Functional Assessor experience is required.
Whats on Offer Salary between £37,500 and £49,934 , depending on where you live
Hybrid working model , combining days on-site with home-based report writing
Salary uplifts at 6 months and 12 months (£1,000 at each milestone)
Performance-based bonus schemes aligned with client policies
Full training and ongoing CPD to support your clinical and professional growth
Permanent full-time hours , with no weekends, nights, or shift work

Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments using a structured and evidence-based clinical approach
Review medical documentation and claimant information
Produce high-quality clinical reports to support fair, accurate outcomes
Maintain HCPC professional standards at all times
Work within a multidisciplinary team and apply strong clinical judgement
What Youll Need Applicants must:
Be an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience in the UK
Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
Be confident working in a hybrid setting, using digital systems and technology
Have a compassionate, professional approach to assessments
