We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our team of Functional Assessors. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing supportno previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

• Salary between £37,500 and £49,934, depending on where you live
• Hybrid working model, combining days on-site with home-based report writing
• Salary uplifts at 6 months and 12 months (£1,000 at each milestone)

• Conduct functional assessments using a structured and evidence-based clinical approach

• Maintain HCPC professional standards at all times
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and apply strong clinical judgement

Applicants must:

• Be an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience in the UK
• Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Be confident working in a hybrid setting, using digital systems and technology
• Have a compassionate, professional approach to assessments
