The Role
An established global logistics business is looking for an experienced Export Bookings & Operations professional to manage worldwide air and sea freight shipments. You'll handle export bookings, liaise with overseas agents and co-loaders, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain high data accuracy and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage export bookings (FCL, LCL & air freight)
Liaise with overseas agents, carriers and co-loaders
Track shipments, manage exceptions and provide solutions
Communicate with customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
Arrange customs clearance and UK deliveries
Maintain accurate data entry and close jobs to completion
About You
Minimum 2 years' freight forwarding experience (exports)
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
