Ocean Freight Coordinator - Lichfield - Up to £35,000We're looking for an experienced Sea Freight Forwarder to manage end-to-end import/export operations (FCL & LCL) for our client. This is a hands-on forwarding role combining operations and customer service, with opportunities to support commercial growth.Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:30Salary: Up to £35,000- Hybrid option after passing of probation (3 days office, 2 days home)Day-to-day:Handle full shipment cycle: bookings, documentation, customs, and deliveryProvide quotes, negotiate rates, and support salesBuild relationships with carriers, agents, and clientsMonitor shipments and resolve issues proactivelyMaintain accurate records and invoicingRequirements:5+ years in sea freight forwarding working for a UK based freight forwarderRight to work in the UK - No sponsorship is on offerStrong knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and documentationExperience with FCL/LCL shipmentsConfident communicator with commercial awarenessFamiliarity with TMS/CRM systemsWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
