Duties
Dealing with customer enquiries Assisting with scheduling appointments for engineers, and managing calendars effectively Liaising with engineers on a day to day basis Providing general administrative support as needed Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Excellent typing skills for data entry and document preparation Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to develop their administrative career within a supportive organisation.
