Solution 47 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Braintree for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a varied administrative role that will support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

*

Providing general clerical and administrative support to the team

*

Performing accurate data entry and updating internal systems

*

Maintaining organised records and documentation

*

Providing all-round administrative and project support as required

*

Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

*

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

*

Strong organisational and time management skills

*

Excellent communication and telephone manner

*

Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering data

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems
