About the Role
The successful candidate will join a growing insurance provider, supporting clients and brokers throughout the insurance journey—from initial policy setup through to project completion.
This is a varied role within a collaborative team, offering exposure to multiple aspects of the insurance process.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with customers and brokers
Managing product changes and policy adjustments
Producing and issuing insurance documentation
Logging initial claims reports (no claims handling required)
Preparing and maintaining accurate client files
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
