This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wigston for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure efficient operation of office equipment, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting internal communication, and assisting with general office administration.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience using and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Cus 1omer Service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or management are preferred
