Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wigston for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure efficient operation of office equipment, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting internal communication, and assisting with general office administration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience using and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Strong Communication and Cus 1omer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or management are preferred
