*4 Month Fixed-term Contract*


Summary

An administrator at Wentworth is responsible for undertaking all administrative tasks as identified by the business leadership team with minimal supervision. They use their knowledge, skills and experience to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.


An administrator is expected to function as a semi-autonomous team member with the potential for full delegated responsibility for task delivery. They plan & execute tasks to ensure successful delivery in terms of quality, cost and time. They comply with the Wentworth business management system including all policies, procedures and work instructions.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles all general inquiries.
  • Accepts and redirects phone inquiries as required.
  • Help generate posts for the business social media accounts.
  • Maintains the business website & capability statements.
  • Executes the relevant aspects of the business recruitment and onboarding processes (staff and supplier).
  • Executes the relevant aspects of the business project initiation process.
  • Updates documents, manages logs and prepares regular reports.
  • Provides support with invoice queries and amendments.
  • Generates and administers monthly non-productive reports.
  • Manages membership and subscription renewals.
  • Organises weekly tuition sessions.
  • Assists the commercial manager as required.
  • Plans company events.
  • Arranges meetings / Calendar management.
  • Takes meeting minutes and disseminates.
  • Completes and submits pre-qualification questionnaire data.
  • Undertakes aspects of document control, including uploading documents for external projects on different platforms following specific procedures.
  • Books staff holidays and manages allowances.
  • Assists with work experience programs, including placing adverts, corresponding with applicants, and assists with their onboarding
  • Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a administration position


Desirable:

  • NVQ Business Administration
