About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Office Administrator for our client based in Middlesbrough
The role will be to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment
Reporting to the Office Manager, this varied role combines front‑of‑house responsibilities with wider administrative support across sales, projects and operations. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office, handling multiple tasks and supporting the business at its core
Job Duties
Managing front‑of‑house reception, handling calls, messages and visitors Organising meetings, meeting rooms and refreshments Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and transport Ordering office supplies and managing petty cash Maintaining company and personnel documentation Supporting Health & Safety administration Managing company pool cars (servicing, MOTs, repairs) Supporting new employee inductions Providing administrative support to sales and project teams Taking minutes and actions for key business meetings
