Office and Accounts Administrator

A client of ours in the Woodbridge area are recruiting an Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitoring and updating the company maintenance spreadsheet
Planning routine service and inspections with the relevant companies
Putting together CE Packs following a clear tick sheet
Manage stationery, first aid and PPE stock levels
Book accommodation/flights etc as needed
Assist in posting purchase invoices onto Sage
Assist in the move from Sage to Business Central
Posting job card details onto an excel spreadsheet
Production of commercial invoices and management of foreign pallet shipments.
Answering telephone calls
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office and Accounts Administrator position:
Experience in using Sage
Previous experience within Accounts, Admin and Secretarial
Export experience desirable
Excellent communication skills
IT Literate
