A leading professional membership organisation based in Belfast is seeking to appoint an experienced Office and Facilities Manager. This is a key leadership role within the Business Support function, ensuring office operations are streamlined and running smoothly.

About the role

  • You will play a crucial role in maintaining service standards for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth running of office infrastructure and support systems.

  • This is a diverse and hands-on position that will see you lead and manage office operations, facilities, IT service coordination and internal events.

  • Line management of front of house staff and IT support staff.

  • Management of building services, facilities contracts and event space operations.

  • Coordination of IT support and service provider liaison.

  • Administration of office systems and supplier contracts.

  • Contribution to business continuity planning and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015).

Essential criteria:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a broad office management or facilities role with managerial responsibility.

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) and educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

  • Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite and Teams/Zoom.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
