Office Coordinator – 2-Week Holiday Cover
Private Equity | West End | £18–£20 per hour
My client is a boutique private equity firm based in the West End, in their search for a confident and proactive Office Coordinator to provide 2 weeks of cover starting next week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely, close-knit team in a fast-paced and professional environment. The successful candidate must be fully committed to the full 2-week assignment, with potential for extension.

Working closely with the team, you will provide seamless office and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role
Working closely with the team, you will provide seamless office and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House duties - meeting and greeting visitors, managing calls and ensuring a polished client experience
- Diary management support for senior team members
- Assisting with board meeting preparation (collating papers, formatting documents, meeting room set-up)
- General office coordination and administrative support
- Managing meeting rooms and ensuring the office is well-presented at all times
- 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar Office Coordinator / Team Assistant role
- Confident, professional and personable with excellent communication skills
- Previous exposure to diary management and board-level meeting preparation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and happy to support a small, collaborative team
- Fully available and committed for the full 2-week period
- 5 days per week
- 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (with flexibility where required)
- £18–£20 per hour
- Potential opportunity to extend
