Office Manager (30-35 hours per week)

Your New CompanyA respected not for profit organisation is urgently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Office Manager to oversee the smooth day to day running of operations.
Your New RoleThis is a varied and fast paced position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board, Committee, and Residents' Meetings
- Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership with Committee Chairs
- Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly
- Managing and instructing contractors as required
- Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders
- Coordinating advertisements and notices
- Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, self motivated approach and the ability to work independently
- On site parking
- Flexible working hours
- Immediate start available
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- 30-35 hours per week (flexible depending on the candidate)
