Your New CompanyA respected not‑for‑profit organisation is urgently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Office Manager to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations. Your New RoleThis is a varied and fast‑paced position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board, Committee, and Residents’ Meetings - Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership with Committee Chairs - Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly - Managing and instructing contractors as required - Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders - Coordinating advertisements and notices - Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council
What You'll Need to SucceedThe ideal candidate will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders - A proactive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to work independently
