Most of your week will be remote, with 1–2 days on-site in Shoreditch or visiting one of our stunning London projects.
You’ll be the person who keeps us organised, efficient, and always one step ahead.
What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the founder’s right hand — attending meetings, taking clear notes, and following up on actions.

Keeping diaries and calendars running smoothly, and making sure no meeting is missed.

Liaising with accountants, HR consultants, and payroll providers.

Managing systems like Xero, Microsoft Office...
