With a solid track record, this contractor specialises in the construction and refurbishment of ultra high quality, super prime residential projects across London, delivering exceptional work on basements, structural renovations, and luxury internal fit-outs. They have a steady and loyal client base and pride themselves on maintaining a close-knit and dependable team.
This is a broad role that requires someone who is confident handling procurement, office administration, and some light accounts responsibilities. It would suit a versatile individual who is highly organised, IT-savvy, and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day office and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing procurement of construction materials – liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, and scheduling deliveries.
