Office Manager (StreetScene)

New Yesterday

About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and collaborative person to join our StreetScene office team. This role is diverse and will oversee our small and friendly administration and business support team, ensuring that our paid services run smoothly and efficiently, and our operations teams are supported effectively. In addition, the post-holder would ensure that both of our depot offices in Sidmouth and Exmouth continue to be safe, functional spaces for our staff to work and thrive in. In short, you will be pivotal to the success of a dedicated, highly valued, publicly visible, seven days a week service making a tangible and lasting impact on how East Devon looks and feels. About you You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to balance the competing demands of a busy frontline service. You will need to be able to travel across the district to attend site meetings and must hold a valid driving licence (reasonable adjustments may be possible according to the Equality Act). About us In return, you will be part of a Gold Investors in People (IiP) organisation which works together with local people to create great value services and an outstanding community, economy and environment in which people want to live, work, visit and enjoy now, and for future generations. And with our wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, our highly flexible and collaborative hybrid Worksmart working arrangements as well as our commitment to continuous learning and development, you can be confident of joining a dedicated community of colleagues who are Happy, Healthy and Here.
