As our operations expand, were looking for a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to take the reins of our busy day-to-day operations.This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a close knit team driving continued success.The RoleAs Office Manager, youll take ownership of business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across multiple projects while supporting the Managing Director.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the day-to-day running of operations, coordinating projects and maximising team efficiencyManaging administration across multiple jobs, ensuring accurate records and timely updatesHandling invoicing, payments, VAT, and CIS processesMaintaining project and employee records, including onboarding new team membersManaging fleet compliance (insurance, MOT, tax, servicing)Scheduling regular updates with the Managing Director and proactively identifying potential issuesImproving and maintaining office systems and proceduresManaging all incoming enquiries (phone, email, website) and coordinating the office diary for quotes and job schedulingBuilding strong working relationships across the team and promoting high standards of professionalismAbout YouYoure an organised, proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and making a difference.
