Calling all creative team players!
\n\nInnovative and exciting high-end creative studio and property developer is seeking a warm, proactive and muck-in Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their dynamic and sociable creative studio. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a fun, ambitious and fast-paced team. First jobbers welcome, but some office experience is required. This could be an internship or work experience during school/college/university.

\n\nThe Role
\n\n- \n\t
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and act as front-of-house \n\t
- Meet and greet visitors; manage calls, inbox, post and deliveries \n\t
- Support the Directors and team with proactive administrative, diary and travel \n\t
- Manage meeting rooms, agendas, refreshments and minutes \n\t
- Liaise with architects, designers, PR, photographers and external suppliers \n\t
- Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-stocked studio environment \n\t
- Support onboarding, HR admin and team wellbeing initiatives \n\t
- Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration \n\t
- Support marketing activity, content shoots and website updates \n\t
- Organise team socials, events and studio celebrations \n
The Candidate

- Hard-working, upbeat and highly organised with a “can-do” attitude \n\t
- A natural people person with strong emotional intelligence \n\t
- Meticulous eye for detail and pride in creating a great workplace \n\t
- Happy to muck in, no task too big or too small \n\t
- Some office experience required (internships/part-time whilst studying/grad schemes ok) \n\t
- Creative studio, property, architecture or design experience/interest \n
