Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of East Pizzas.


We’re a fast-growing pizza production business supplying retail, hospitality and direct-to-consumer. This isn’t a corporate environment. Things move quickly, priorities shift, and we’re constantly improving how we operate.


This role is central to the business. You’ll help keep everything organised, ensure nothing slips, and bring structure to a fast-moving operation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support day-to-day operations and order flow
  • Manage systems (orders, stock, records) to ensure accuracy
  • Handle customer emails and queries in a timely, professional way
  • Support stock control and supplier coordination
  • Manage staff onboarding and HR administration (BrightHR)
  • Maintain organised processes and improve how we work
  • Act as the link between production and office


About You


  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to take ownership
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused


Experience in admin, operations or hospitality is helpful, but mindset and attitude are more important.


Salary & Hours


  • £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
  • Flexibility to work shorter hours across 5 days
  • Salary will be pro rata if working reduced hours
