We are supporting a growing Family Office in their search for a Russian-speaking Office Manager/Personal Assistant for their tech office in Paddington.
Job Description
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
You’ll play a central part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while acting as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
- Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general administrative duties
- Arrange and support meetings, including booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required
- Provide assistance with travel arrangements and company event coordination
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager in a past-paced environment
- Previous experience within IT, technology or digital sectors would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in Russian
