We are supporting a growing Family Office in their search for a Russian-speaking Office Manager/Personal Assistant for their tech office in Paddington.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.


You’ll play a central part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while acting as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.


Role Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general administrative duties
  • Arrange and support meetings, including booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required
  • Provide assistance with travel arrangements and company event coordination


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager in a past-paced environment
  • Previous experience within IT, technology or digital sectors would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
  • Must be fluent in Russian
