An innovative, luxury creative studio with an inspiring culture and beautifully crafted residential projects is seeking a Team Assistant & Office Manager to join its young, social team of around 20.

\n\n

This is not a traditional property company. All architecture, design, and construction is delivered in-house, creating a highly creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The culture is young, social, energetic, and supportive, based in a cool, open-plan studio.

\n\n

The Role:

\n\n

A varied, front-of-house position combining office management, team support, and studio coordination. You will be the face of the business and a key support to Directors and project teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the studio and day-to-day office operations
  • \n\t
  • Meeting and greeting visitors; handling phones and meetings
  • \n\t
  • Supporting Directors and teams with diary management, travel, and admin
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating studio events and team socials
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with marketing, sales enquiries, and content shoots
  • \n\t
  • Supporting HR admin, onboarding, and finance tasks
  • \n

  • Proactive, confident, upbeat, and highly organised

  • A true people-person with great energy and high EQ
  • \n\t
  • Detail-oriented, stylish, and happy to muck-in
  • \n\t
  • Background in property a bonus, but not essential
  • \n

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (5 days in the office, occasional WFH flexibility)
\nHoliday: 25 days + bank holidays
