Job Description
An innovative, luxury creative studio with an inspiring culture and beautifully crafted residential projects is seeking a Team Assistant & Office Manager to join its young, social team of around 20.
\n\nThis is not a traditional property company. All architecture, design, and construction is delivered in-house, creating a highly creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The culture is young, social, energetic, and supportive, based in a cool, open-plan studio.
\n\nThe Role:
\n\nA varied, front-of-house position combining office management, team support, and studio coordination. You will be the face of the business and a key support to Directors and project teams. Key responsibilities include:
\n\n- \n\t
- Managing the studio and day-to-day office operations \n\t
- Meeting and greeting visitors; handling phones and meetings \n\t
- Supporting Directors and teams with diary management, travel, and admin \n\t
- Coordinating studio events and team socials \n\t
- Assisting with marketing, sales enquiries, and content shoots \n\t
- Supporting HR admin, onboarding, and finance tasks \n
The Candidate:
\n\n- \n\t
- Proactive, confident, upbeat, and highly organised \n\t
- A true people-person with great energy and high EQ \n\t
- Detail-oriented, stylish, and happy to muck-in \n\t
- Background in property a bonus, but not essential \n

\n\nHours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (5 days in the office, occasional WFH flexibility)
\nHoliday: 25 days + bank holidays
