JOB TITLE: Office Support - Receptionist & Admin

Romford, Essex

£25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

A well-established construction company based in Romford is looking for an Office Support professional to join their team.

This is a varied role combining reception and admin duties, ideal for someone organised, reliable, and happy to get involved in all aspects of the office.

There are 2x Roles on offer 1 is Admin and the other is Receptionist...To join a Busy, Hands on enviroment...Nice fitted offices and close to amenties with free parking on site.

Duties

* Answering incoming calls and taking clear messages

* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers

* Booking in jobs and managing the diary/schedule

* Keeping track of jobs and updating internal systems

* Logging costs and maintaining basic spreadsheets

* Supporting with invoices and general accounts admin

* Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and customers

* General day-to-day office support to keep things running smoothly

What They’re Looking For

* Previous admin or office experience preferred

* Construction or trade environment experience is a bonus

* Or someone recently out of college with the right attitude

* Strong organisation and communication skills

* Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

* Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
