Children’s Home Registered Manager – Chester
Location: Chester
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

BRB Recruit are working with some amazing homes and companies across the region. We are currently supporting a Children’s Home in Chester and are seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead their team and make a real impact on young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a dedicated residential care team

*

Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards

*

Deliver high-quality care tailored to each child’s needs

*

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively

*

Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies

*

Drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive, nurturing environment

Requirements:

*

Registered Manager status (essential)

*

Strong leadership experience in children’s residential care

*

Proven track record in safeguarding and compliance with Ofsted regulations

*

Relevant Level 3 qualification or above in childcare/social care

*

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

*

Full UK driving licence (desirable)
