Role Description

PureJewels is seeking a dedicated full-time Omnichannel Sales and Despatch Coordinator to join our team on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing and coordinating sales orders from multiple company sales channels, ensuring seamless despatch processes, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate despatch of orders, overseeing stock management systems, and liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The coordinator will also monitor inventory, implement process improvements, and handle customer queries and post-sale communications.


Qualifications

  • Experience in order management, despatch coordination, and inventory control
  • Knowledge of omnichannel sales and proficiency with stock management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to manage customer queries and provide excellent service
  • Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail processes
  • Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in standard office tools, technology, and data management
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric and team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
