About the role
The Online Trade Campaigns Manager is responsible for defining and delivering campaigns and optimising key digital space across all Waitrose online channels, aligned with the Online trade plan priorities, to deliver a cohesive, inspirational, multi-channel and distinctly Waitrose experience. You will be accountable for the creation and implementation of comprehensive, end-to-end online campaigns, including key space, establishing clear OKRs to support the wider team in delivering successful campaigns. With a customer-centric and omnichannel approach, you will ensure a seamless experience across all platforms, catering to all stages of the customer lifecycle, whilst maintaining a cohesive on and off-site approach. Collaborating with multiple teams including: Merchandising, Marketing (Customer), Trading, Customer Journey Management, Experimentation and Digital Product, you will identify innovative solutions to maximise Campaigns and Key space and the ongoing customer journeys across web, mobile, and App to maximise acquisition, retention and the agreed OKRs. With a view to continuously improve campaigns, you will utilise multiple data sources to improve results both in season and refine the customer experience for future campaigns. Salary up to £76k, depending on experience

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon the needs of your team and the wider business
The Online Campaigns team aims for around 2+ day/s a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
Location - This role is a hybrid role home location is Bracknell
Key Responsibilities
Drive incremental value by defining, delivering, and optimizing online campaigns across Waitrose channels, ensuring alignment with trade plan priorities and tailoring to each online channel.
Lead the successful delivery of end-to-end seasonal, campaign, and event activities through effective team leadership and collaboration with working groups.
Establish and track OKRs through data analysis to ensure continuous campaign improvement and team success.
Identify and implement necessary digital development requirements for successful end-to-end campaigns, using data-driven insights.
Advocate for the online customer and their needs, leveraging data to inform and influence key stakeholders.
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
● Grocery eCommerce experience
● Trade and/or marketing campaign management
● Sound analytical and business insight skills with the ability to generate insight from data and translate these into actionable plans
● Experience working with Online Analytics tools such as Content Square and Google Analytics.
● Ability to influence across different departments
● Strong stakeholder management skills including senior leadership
● Leadership and people development
● Understanding of online customer journeys and marketing
