Key Roles & Responsibilities AV Operations & Support Work as part of the Global AV break-fix team supporting the clients EMEA AV estate Act as the primary client focal point for all day-to-day AV operational issues and events across EMEA Provide first- and second-line support for AV incidents and service requests Track, route, and redirect AV issues to the appropriate technical resources Escalate unresolved issues in line with client-defined escalation processes Ensure accurate logging, documentation, and timely closure of all support tickets Proactive AV Management Deliver proactive daily AV status updates for all EMEA locations Perform proactive daily equipment checks where required Ensure all AV faults are resolved and maintenance activities are completed Manage proactive checks and preventative maintenance schedules Vendor & Stakeholder Management
