An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in a fully onsite capacity at our London office. This is a hands-on role suited to an enthusiastic and driven individual with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of technical support and seamless user experience. You’ll demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment that values initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and high-quality IT support to users via the internal Helpdesk.
Deliver IT inductions to new joiners as part of the onboarding programme.
Maintain and upgrade systems, improving processes and identifying root causes of technical issues.
Manage and support desktops, mobile devices, telecoms, and security systems.
Collaborate with and support third-party vendors and service providers.
Document system configurations, processes, and service records accurately.
Contribute to the smooth daily running of the office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid understanding of Windows 11 configuration and security best practices.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
