Onsite Project Manager\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Onsite Project Manager to join our team. This is a site-based role working across the UK, managing projects from start to finish and making sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.\n\nYou’ll be hands-on, well organised and comfortable taking ownership on site, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of live sites, ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes, budgets and safety requirements.\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nManaging site-based projects from mobilisation through to completion\n\nOverseeing daily site activity and supervising subcontractors and trades\n\nActing as the main point of contact on site for clients and stakeholders\n\nEnsuring works meet specifications, drawings and required standards\n\nUpdating programmes of works and project plans on a regular basis\n\nCoordinating resources, materials and subcontractor schedules\n\nCarrying out regular site checks including health & safety, site setup and housekeeping\n\nManaging RAMS, COSHH and site documentation\n\nLeading site meetings, client meetings and subcontractor meetings\n\nManaging snagging, quality control and close-out activities\n\nKeeping project records and systems up to date\n\nProviding regular updates to senior management on progress, risks and issues\n\nRequirements:\n\nHas at least 5 year’s experience working on site\n\nCan read and understand construction drawings\n\nIs confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades\n\nHas a strong understanding of health & safety and CDM 2015\n\nIs organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload\n\nIs client-facing and focused on delivering a high standard of service\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\nSMSTS\n\nNEBOSH Construction\n\nCDM Regulations 2015 knowledge\n\nFirst Aid\n\nAsbestos Awareness\n\nFire Warden\n\nFull clean UK driving licence\n\nExperience using Procore or similar site management systems\n\nYou’ll also need to be flexible with travel and occasional stays away from home, as well as opening up and closing sites when required.\n\nIf you enjoy being on site, leading projects and taking pride in what you deliver, we’d love to hear from you
