The main goal of the role as Operating Area Field Lead - Maintenance & Repair, is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection and development, field training, and safety.
You will lead operational efforts in your operating area, managing costs while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Reporting to Operating Unit Field Lead, you will drive results based on defined KPIs, and partner with Operations, Sales, EH&S, Quality and Safety Lead to coordinate trainings, compile reports and champion continuous improvement.
