This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
Person specification:
* NMC registered RN Adult or HCPC registered ODP
* Proven leadership experience within a perioperative environment
* Strong track record in team development, service improvement, and clinical governance
* Ability to lead change, influence culture, and drive performance
* Significant experience within theatre settings (Scrub, Anaesthetics, Recovery)
* Ability to travel to site independently, with access to a car due to limited public transport
* Eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
