The Placement: Moogs Operational Excellence (OpEx) team supports the company in building a strong continuous-improvement culture where everyone is improving everything, every day. They work with teams across the business to help deliver training, coaching, and developing practical problem-solving skills, that make work safer, faster, and less wasteful.
You will work with Moogs engineers to gather data, run experiments, and solve problems that save time and money. Youll be exposed to many parts of the business and have the chance grow your technical, practical, and people skills.

Who can apply: You must be seeking a placement as part of your undergraduate or masters degree.
You must be studying a STEM subject such as engineering and manufacturing, or a business studies degree.

Moog are recruiting for a wide range of opportunities and are happy to consider applicants for multiple placements if you progress to the next stage, you will be asked which other placements youd like to be considered for.
The selection process includes attending an assessment centre and a 60-minute Teams interview. Applicants must be available to attend an assessment centre and site tour at Moogs Wolverhampton facility in February 2026.
