A well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Rotherham with a turnover of c£30 million+ is seeking an Operational Financial Controller to join its senior finance team. The company has recently promoted its Finance Director internally and is now looking for a strong number two to help drive both financial performance and operational efficiency across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to operations and influencing decision-making across the organisation. The Role Reporting directly to the newly promoted Finance Director, you will take ownership of the finance functions day-to-day management while playing a key role in operational and strategic decision-making. You will lead and develop a team of four within finance and work closely with operational leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions to improve performance and profitability.
