The RoleYou'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation's Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.Key areas of focus include:End-to-end ownership of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)Leading incident and crisis management responseOversight of disaster recovery (DR) testing and assuranceManaging third-party and supplier resilience risksPartnering with InfoSec on cyber resilience strategyDriving governance, reporting, and resilience culture across the business? What We're Looking ForProven experience in Operational Resilience / Business Continuity within Financial Services or another regulated environmentStrong understanding of FCA/PRA expectations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301)Hands-on experience managing incidents, crises, and resilience testingExposure to third-party risk, cyber resilience, and DR planningExcellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement??
