This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening operational resilience capabilities within a complex, regulated organisation.The RoleAs an Operational Resilience Manager, you'll be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining the organisation's resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while driving continuous improvement.You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support critical services, identify vulnerabilities, and oversee remediation activities across multiple resilience pillars.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of the Operational Resilience oversight frameworkAssist with governance activities, including committee preparation and coordinationDeliver clear and insightful reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key risks and areas of concernPromote awareness and understanding of operational resilience across the organisationManage triage and tracking of operational resilience vulnerabilities (ORVs)Provide oversight of ORV identification across third parties, change initiatives, audit, and risk functionsSupport the maintenance and governance of resilience self-assessmentsEnsure important business services, impact tolerances, and supporting resources are properly identified, mapped, and assessedContribute to regulatory responses and industry engagement initiativesOversee resilience tooling, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with licensing requirementsMaintain and continuously improve resilience policies and standards in line with best practiceAbout YouStrong experience within financial services, with a solid understanding of operational resilienceExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsSolutions-focused, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and drive outcomesPassionate about continuous improvement and driving positive changeComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Snowflake or CL360 is advantageousAble to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
