Are you looking to grow your career in operational risk within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment? We're looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to join our second line Risk team and help strengthen the organisation’s risk management framework.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in financial services and a passion for risk, data, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing: • Supporting operational risk processes including incident management, RCSAs, risk metrics, and reporting • Analysing risk events, losses, and supporting Basel 3.1 data readiness • Delivering insights for internal risk committees and contributing to regulatory reporting • Coordinating risk policy reviews, culture initiatives, and training programmes • Helping enhance risk systems and tools
