We are looking for a team member to be responsible for supporting the successful execution of our clients Operational Risk Management programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust operational risk management frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business units to assess and mitigate risks, conduct risk assessments, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include: Leading the operational risk incident process from identification through to resolution. Conducting root-cause analyses of significant events or near-misses, determining underlying causes, and working with stakeholders to implement preventive measures and control enhancements. Overseeing the complaints handling processes and identifying root causes for customer complaints, assessing customer complaints trends and risk implications and ensuring complaints are handled within policy thresholds and resolved in a timely manner. Supporting the deployment of a comprehensive Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) programme, including methodologies, guidelines, and reporting frameworks.
