Role Overview: This role will support the Operations Hub by overseeing the administration of our hotel operations systems, with a primary focus on food and beverage. You will play a key role in ensuring these systems remain up to date, are consistently used in line with our processes and procedures, and that Head Chefs and Food & Beverage Managers receive the support they need. Main Responsibilities: Management of joiner and leaver requests for operations systems, processing these in line with controls and standards of each system. System troubleshooting and liaising with system technology support. Inputting of relevant data, managing data input and update requests Support in the administration of the operations systems including updating the Point of Sale, food & beverage procurement requirements, restaurant booking platforms including permission management, password resets, price adjustments, menu configuration and adding food and beverage items to systems. Support in, organizing and preparing meetings within the Operations Hub department. Participate in month end reporting procedures in relation to kitchen stock by helping chef with stock count sheet organisation prior to month end and help with spot checks after counts are made Assist in planning and scheduling H&S and COSHH tasks for F&B and the kitchen teams to ensure monthly compliance for their departments Assist F&B and kitchen management with menu engineering: creating new recipes, dishes and menus into Procure Wizard and calculating dish and Beverage GPs. To excel within this role, you will have: Experience in using Microsoft office packages, including Microsoft Outlook email and calendar, Power Point, Excel and Word Strong organisation skills, with a flair for systems and administration.
