If so, GXO would love you to join our team in Wellingborough as our Operational Trainer . Youll play a vital role in onboarding, upskilling and supporting colleagues across the warehouse, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence and capability to succeed in a fast-paced operational environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, predominately Monday to Friday. Pay, benefits and more: Youll be paid a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
