CRS is recruiting on behalf of a leading ABL and specialist UK and global lender, based in London. We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Analyst to join their team on a 6–12 month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Invoice Discounting, or Corporate Lending. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day operational management of client facilities, assisting in risk monitoring, and delivering data-driven insights to support lending decisions.

Key Requirements:

Experience in ABL, Invoice Discounting, or Corporate Lending operations Strong understanding of lending structures, risks, and monitoring Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Knowledge of sales and purchase ledgers, including credit/debit mechanics High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Desirable:

Experience with Solify/Stucky and SharePoint UK Finance ABL qualification (or working towards)
