The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Events Manager with a strong background in premium hospitality and live events to lead the delivery of our growing portfolio, reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Events.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-profile events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. You will oversee logistics, manage supplier and venue partnerships, and lead a dynamic team to deliver seamless, world-class experiences.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel, often nationally and internationally, to oversee event delivery on-site.

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of premium hospitality events, ensuring exceptional execution at every stage
Manage and develop strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Oversee event logistics, stock control, and inventory management across multiple events
Lead, mentor, and develop the Operations & Events team, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align operational delivery with commercial objectives
Take ownership of Pegasus Lounge events, supporting growth and innovation within this flagship product
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across events
Oversee on-site event delivery, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experience
Analyse post-event feedback and reporting, driving continuous improvement
Support business growth initiatives and new event opportunities
A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel between multiple sites, some of which are not accessible by public transport.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in premium hospitality, sports events, or luxury event management
Minimum 3+ years in a managerial role, leading teams and delivering complex events
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Additional skills, particularly French and Italian, are desirable.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
Flexibility to travel frequently (UK & international) and work on-site at events
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
