Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Solar Operations Assistant to support the smooth delivery of our solar services. This role is essential in ensuring the right people, resources, and activities are in place to deliver work on time and to a high standard.


You will play a key role in managing schedules, responding to changes quickly, and keeping both teams and customers informed helping maintain efficient and effective daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain accurate schedules to support smooth service delivery
  • Allocate people and resources effectively, adjusting plans as priorities change
  • Act as the first point of contact for scheduling queries, updates, and issues
  • Monitor daily activities and quickly resolve clashes, delays, or gaps
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to internal teams and customers
  • Keep systems and records up to date with accurate scheduling information
  • Work closely with delivery teams to understand capacity, constraints, and upcoming needs
  • Support continuous improvements to scheduling processes and tools
